How many people pass on a cramped United 50 seat jet and buy a ticket on a Delta A220 or Southwest 737 instead?

We buy SWA tix multiple times per year just to avoid Commutair.

None of you are the target. 50 seaters only purpose is to get GS and 1K mileage warriors into a hub to connect to NRT, LHR, FRA etc.

I understand that any C seat in the 145 is classified by the Geneva convention as a war crime, and by most legal dictionaries as cruel and unusual punishment. |

I did this passt weekend - bought tickets on Spirit. Hated to do it but I’ll take the back of the bus over the 50 seater.

Well, last time the IAH hub was attacked we pulled out of Charles DeGaulle (paris) and printed up a bunch of "Keep IAH strong" T shirts.
I guess this time we'll do something totally cool. We'll give away some gates, print some "Make IAH great again hats", and maybe start up non stop service to Yazoo City Mississippi. |

I didn’t know SWA was adding international. Very surprised to see them heading to Johannesburg, Lagos, etc.
