Default Post Covid Recovery Pay Rates

In full consideration of the post covid 19 situation, how much do the UAL pay rates need to go up to "break even" ? In honest discussion of the current airline situation, please don't forget to consider the following....

Consider the effects of the post NAFTA environment.
Consider the effects of the post 1978 deregulation act and the scabbing of UAL and CAL
Consider the effects of the post 9-11 raping and gutting of retirements
Consider the effects of the lost decade of aviation

You are talking about an event that wont occur until the latter part of this decade. And a business that will never return to what it once was. The effect of multiple bankruptcy's and a liquidation or two will surely put pressure on airline wages and benefits....

the company is not responsible to make you whole or "break even"

you will get the pay rates that you negotiate.

good luck getting what you think you deserve.

To add, pay rates don't mean squat without work rules.

Exhibit A:
"The LOA wasn't a pay cut!!!!" How's that 35 hours a month working out in the overall take home check?
