Default Process after you receive a CJO

Can someone please explain the process after receiving a cjo? Do you come back to Denver for finger printing and then wait for the background to be completed? Just want to make sure the background is 100% completed before giving notice.

Did you interview last week and get the call tonight? I interviewed Wednesday and am anxiously awaiting the news still. My panel said to expect a call monday night or tuesday.

I’m putting the cart before the horse. I interview on Thursday. Fingers crossed for myself and you. Good luck.

Typically your background may not be complete by your first day. Prints and photos will be day one or two.

You wont be told its complete either. If you got something floating in your head that your questioning background wise you may wanna speak up now.

The background is completed while you are in indoc. Finger prints are done the first day along with badges. Disclose everything on the airlineapps application or at the very latest at the interview. The airlineapps they have is a snapshot of what your application looked like when you recieve the personality test. Anything other than minor corrections at the interview is a bad thing. They also have had people not resign from other airlines while in indoc and it didn't end well.

For anyone starting the process at United you need to look over your airlineapps with a fine tooth comb BEFORE they select you. Update it regularly and accurately. Make sure no weird boxes are checked that don't apply to you.

during your professional career have you failed any evaluation event (initial, re qual, transition, upgrade, recurrent, or line check)? Please include failed oral and practical evaluations.
Do extra LOFT (not an evaluation event: KV, PV, MV, LOE) sim sessions need to be disclosed? Got a copy of my PRIA from my company and although every training event shows Satisfactory it shows I was placed in Special Tracking for the extra training sessions.

Don’t want to hide anything but also don’t want to come off as having poor reading comprehension. TIA

call Checked and Set, Charlie Venema. He is UAL and designed the airline apps system himself.
