Marriott Newark and Renaissance Newark have UAL crew rates... $80-130 dependent on the day of week. Marriott is a quick walk to terminal if you don’t want to catch the shuttle.

A few airlines use the Country Inn and Suites, Residence Inn, and Courtyard over by the mall. I would check those places out.

If you can swing the Marriott financially (we get a pretty good crew rate so it helps) it’s worth every penny to be able to walk from the terminal over dealing with the aggravating hell hole of P4

The Renaissance will pick up on the upper level of C if you are in uniform, just need to call them.

Anyone try to park a car at one of these hotels during a trip? How much?

Is there a list on the company or union website of what hotels have UAL rates?

Do you have to call for that rate or is there an internal website?

the Base Guide on your iPad/Flying Together has a good list of airport hotels. If you have UA Crew ID you can use these codes online:
Hilton: = 5298412 Marriott: UAL or XML
if the online rate doesn’t work (usually closer in to date) then call front desk and ask.

I stayed at both the Marriott Newark and Renaissance Newark last trip and asked ? On $$$. Parking with UAL crew rate (have to spend a night) for each hotel below:

Marriott: 1st night free then $28/night

Renaissance: Free for length of trip... has to be UAL crew rate and you need to call and ensure they have a spot for you.
