95 777 Capt bids and 62 787 Capt bids across the system is going to create massive movement everywhere, so the EWR and SFO end at the bottom will end up being very interesting!!

Going to be massive movement on the bottom of the list!!! 70 SFO 777 FO openings, means there will likely be folks in their first year getting that bid, maybe even some folks still in school as new hires. Don't think any will go "unfilled" but bet it is going to be close.

I imagine a lot of pilots like me with roughly 7 years on property that have stayed away from the 777 until holding a line will now start paying attention to this bid. I know I will if I’m showing in the 60 percentile near the end of the bid.

So if we furloughed, would we be looking at three to four thousand vacancies right now instead?

Gonna be a lot of movement…

Lots of movement in EWR, SFO, and LAX. Zero movement in ORD or CLE. DCA gets some vacancies, but even this vacancy doesn’t recover everything that was lost last year.

How many bids a year do you usually get? Is this a year’s worth of movement?
