CLE and MCO are used to crew Atlantic flights from hubs because it’s cheaper to qual smaller bases with lower turnover. It’s possible that CLE and MCO expand if United uses 737s for more Atlantic flying (originally Iceland was supposed to go to the 737 before they went with the 756 for example). Otherwise talking to some CLE based folks, they seem to be used often for reserve coverage for ORD, EWR and DCA flying.
