Two new hires fired?
 

I just heard that two new hires were fired in BI for having forged vaccination cards. Anyone here able to confirm?

I can’t believe anyone would be that stupid.

You’re telling me I have to dig around for my vaccination card? I’m fairly certain the location I received both my vaccinations took record.

Sucks for the new hires but would be great if they actually were guilty of it to make examples of people, just like Canada charged those people $20k each for forging theirs.

Does indoc get reported to PRD? If so, that could end their professional flying career. I hope it’s not true.

Not everyone wants to get the vaccine. It should be a personal decision, not forced . Just my $0.02 though but you do what you have to do . Unless they declined for religious reasons, then that’s a different matter.

They weren't forced. They chose to come to United. No one tied them up and dragged them to indoc.

I’m mostly wondering how it could be found out if it is real or fake? Are they barcoded? RFID chip? Serial numbered? I’m confused.

Yes, they’re numbered. I bet it’s super easy to verify.

The "prescription" for the vaccine along with the lot number and manufacturer is barcoded, very easy to verify. At least that's how it worked at the Publix pharmacy.

They don't have to get the shot they just can't come work at United. Pretty stupid thing to do. What a waste.
