Stupid question but where are the seasonal uniform guidelines written? Been away for a few months & I always forget the changeover dates.

Yeah the uniform police are nowhere to be found nowadays. Since just about everything on the “required uniform list” is out of stock and backordered, you can wear pretty much whatever you want.

If it’s hot don’t wear the coat and if it’s cold - wear it.

If you fly the line it doesn’t matter - if you chose to fly a desk at Willis it is life or death and you better get it right - lol.
I tend to distrust people that get that coveted flying job and then proceed to hide from a flight deck for decades 👍🏻

Good point. I don’t remember our Alpa leadership ever turning the hat switch on from years ago when they turned it off.
