Fleet Type Per Base

I've searched high and low (and probably missed it) which bases have which aircraft base there? Also which bases ae co-domiciled?

Everything is everywhere with the following exceptions...

CLE, GUM - 737 only
DEN, ORD, LAX - No 777

I think that should cover the first question.

Codomiciles are LAX/SNA/ONT, EWR/LGA and IAD/DCA/BWI

Technically OAK as well, we just don’t operate there currently

And JFK as well, only on the 756 now I think.

There have been a couple of equipment subs out of JFK, 777's for 757's lately. Not sure why, but on the SFO end. Could very easily happen to EWR base.

So how does reporting work with a co-base such as EWR/LGA? Or the NY metro area if using the 777 in JFK?
If a pilot lives local, driving distance, then does said pilot have to find parking in JFK if a trip starts there and not in EWR?

Yes, and there are contractual provisions for it. Parking is covered at trip origin, you can expense it if it’s not provided by the company. You also get crosstown pay.

For a new hire. Which airplane would be best to quickly make it back to IAH.

jdavk 08-26-2022 09:56 AM

The -320 right seat is the most junior in IAH.
