I was also career 91/135. My CP role was several years ago and have "just" been a line pilot for a couple years. Yes most will have 121 time but it's not a requirement. Just know your stuff during the interview and you'll be good.

On a similar note, just curious if any military folks who haven't flown in a few years are getting hired without recency. Just a few years ago, it seemed like everyone was having to make a stop at the regionals if they were separating or retired from a staff position just to get a few 100 hours under their belt.
