OAL pilot jumpseat taxes refund
 
Hi, I tried to jumpseat internationally on UAL and paid the taxes and did not get a seat. I did not have time to request the refund on the airport that day (because my plan B had left me behind).
I have the receipt that they gave me when I paid the taxes at the counter.
Online refund request does not work. Ticket counter at nearby airprot says i have to call 1866flyepas (they charge $25 to put an agent on the line)
How do I get this refunded ? $120🤑

I always got it refunded at the ticket counter, but it has been quite a few years since I’ve done it.

I’d contact whoever handles your airlines pass travel and have them reach out to United
