online assessment

is the online assessment like Delta's with complex control and multi tasking test or just a personality test. Is that personality test like Delta's or a "traditional" one. Is there any way to prep? Thanks

Just a personality test.

Not really. No one really knows exactly what they’re looking for, but based on what I’ve heard from people that passed it bs people that failed it, I suggest a glass or two of your favorite poison prior and taking the test in a comfortable location. Don’t overthink, if you’re second guessing wording or spending more than 30-40 seconds on a question you’re thinking about it too hard.

I would also add I think you shoud take each question on its own merit. Don’t think about how you answered previous questions

Don't overthink the questions...they don't have hidden meanings. AKA - Do you like fast cars? That is not a question about risk tolerance...it feeds your "experiential" score. Have you ever told a lie at work? Is not a test of your integrity...it feeds your prudence score. Words have meaning..."Never" truly means you have never ever ever in your entire life. "Always" truly means every single time ever. These words that have "extreme" implications such as never, always etc will heavily weight your traits towards one end of the scale or the other...most people are NOT at the extreme ends of any scale. Answer accordingly...
