Turn around after interview

How long is usually the turn around time from interview to hearing back?
Is it normal to hear back on the next day.

It was 4-5 months for me before I heard back about my application with a Hogan invite, then an interview invite about 30 minutes after I completed that.

I don't think you get a TBNT based on just applying, they just leave you on ice until you fit their parameters whatever they are.
