Zed fare partial refund
 

I paid the extra fees to list zed fare business class on United for my wife and I. We were given seats in economy class. Does anyone know how to receive the partial refund for the difference in fees? Myidtravel is not allowing me. TIA.

Your airline will have procedures that either allow or disallow a partial refund based upon seating. There is no way for us to know what your airline allows. Best to contact your pass travel office for details.
