CP Meet and Greet

What are the expectations for both the candidate and employee? What kind of questions can the candidate expect?

What will you do while the captain is back in the cabin:

1. Making a pa/comedy routine after giving his entire resumé.
2. Handing out business cards and coins.
3. Passing out drinks while wearing his hat.
4. Making ballon animals for kids.

It's an interview...

I did a meet n' greet back in Dec. My current employee buddy told me, "Dont worry, you'll only need to answer 'Why United' and 'Tell us about Yourself.'" He was, in fact, a pants-on-fire liar. The even asked him, "Why do you want this guy to work here?"

It lasted about 40-45 minutes. Dress nice. Not a suit. While "it's not an interview," the questions sure as poop were interview questions. However, they did give excellent feedback on my answers on what would polish it up / sound better when I get the call.

About a week after the meet, my application locked, got the call a week later.

Good luck.
