I’ll actually answer this. Union said to wear it until the final vote is done.

We need to do at least 3 rounds of polling on the subject before any lanyards should come off.

I’m taking mine off… We have a proposed contract largely endorsed by the union. So if the goal was to show the company a sense of urgency/desire for a contract, well, we have it. If we go back to the drawing board and the company start stalling again, then it’s time for a new lanyard.

in my mind, the goal was to show the company that there was not a vocal minority pushing for this, but that the vast majority of us felt that the speed with which the company proceeded in negotiations would affect our perception of their appreciation for our contributions. I think we showed that solidarity well, and their results are in front of us now.

Back to independent contracting huh?
Union is asking us to wear it until the end of voting 🗳️

Nice english.
I don’t really care what you want regarding Age 67. Congress will decide, and you and I have no say in the matter.

If 67 passes, what percentage would you guess would work past 65? Just a guess. No right or wrong answer?
