For those of you who are relatively new, I'm talking to those greater than 10k on the list, have you given any thought to what you'll do for income during the next economic down turn?

I certainly hope there isn't one, but history shows that there is a disaster that negatively affects the airlines every decade or so. I suggest that you develop your furlough plan now so that you're prepared for the next black swan event.

Marry a doctor and go work at Walmart/Sams Club...

Do you have a highly successful business selling products on and off the internet? Are you looking for highly successful individuals to collaborate with and expand your network?

My plan is to keep lobbying for increased retirement age.

The porn industry is always solid in a downturn, hope this helps.

Drive a dump truck if I get furloughed.

So by your estimate, our next Black Swan will come in the year 2030, or so. Covid certainly was that, right? Or do you conveniently not count that due to the government bailouts? By that time, we could be close to 20k on the seniority list, making those at 10k around 50%.

Either way, I will be just fine, don't you worry. Although it's not like you really care about any of the junior folks anyway.
