NH Eval Link Inop?
 
Anyone having issues w/ the link to fill out NH evals? I usually go through the link on the flight info screen on Pilot Mobile but it just takes me to a blank page now. Is there another way to access the form? Thanks.

I think there is a CCS message about it but I deleted it.
