I see Zach is making the move to tech ops, wonder if he was forced out of flt ops and got picked up by tech ops.

He would not have kept his MD-level title if he was being pushed out of any organization. My guess is he is moving to tech ops, and will be promoted to VP in the next 6-months. Maybe PC is comming back?!
