More than half of the categories show the min/max being the same, which means as one person bids out they are replaced. Yes there are some where it takes 5 or more to leave, but most will be backfilled.

almost every 737 CA base has the min lower, so they are saying they’re overstaffed on 737 CA nearly everywhere. Some by 5, some by 20.

320CA and WBFO are not far off. Basically the areas for backfill are 1) categories with vacancy 2) NBFO 3) and handful of SFO/EWR/LAX

Could be worse, but I don't expect much backfill.

Min/max has nothing to do with "overstaffed". Its a mechanism to control when people get awards and go to training.

There are 72 Categories. 45 of them the mix/max is the same. I think it could end up being 200+ total awards and 150 unfilled vacancies.

52 WB CA slots will create a lot of movement. This is a surprisingly large bid.
