UAX Jumpseat Priority

Hey everyone, I promise I searched for this before I posted. As far as the jumpseat priority goes on mainline for UAX pilots (non United exclusive carriers), does it go by check in time, or does it go by employee seniority? Thank you for the help!

Non-exclusive is time of check-in.

Don’t think I have access to the United FOM. If I am wrong please tell me where I can access it? I was asking from the standpoint of a UAX pilot because I didn’t know the answer.

It’s a good question and no you won’t have access to the FOM, nor will it have the answer.

everything I’ve seen makes reference to the Wings or wingtips document that is like the gate agents FOM. I don’t know where to find it, but they are familiar. A coffee and that question to a gate agent should yield the answer. It’s their controlling document and they are the ones who make the call. I’ve no first hand experience but Time of check in rings a bell based on what I’ve heard.

you can find those manuals on flying together usually. I was going to look it up, but I don’t want to get up to grab my phone for the duo code…

ccs+

https://wingtips.ual.com/search

For the OP, Wingtips says it is by date of hire amongst the non-exclusive UAX pilots
