Sure, there's plenty of guilt to go around but that side letter was HUGE. The rest of us had ZERO say in the matter. Of course, none of that matters now. But it is a salient point to consider when voting on the upcoming contract. Whiteferg got an ear full from me on that subject while sitting on the jumpseat. Most pathetic individual I have ever met. How much do you sell your sole for, or other pilots for......when you have tunnel vision on the A Plan. We all know that answer. The E170 just took the scope latitude to a new level. Now there was a plane that actually approached mainline comfort. One of the bigger mistakes. Righting that mistake will not be easy along with all the other scope provisions. We've heard that same song and dance at CAL, but the "pilots" (if you can call them that), who don't pay ALPA dues, end up paying some type of fee that allows them to remain on property. Funny thing is though, is that they BRAG about not being members and find it humorous that nothing can be done to them.:rolleyes:
