Remember this when it comes to our contract and TA vote. The company is electing to do this on their own accord....10 YEARS EARLY. Hmmm, wondering why now? Let me think.

CHICAGO, May 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- United Continental Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:UAL - News) today announced that it is notifying holders of the $726,000,000 outstanding principal amount of its 4.50% Senior Limited-Subordination Convertible Notes due 2021 (the "Notes") that they have an option, according to the terms of the Notes, to require the company to purchase, on June 30, 2011, all or a portion of such holders' Notes (the "Put Option") at a price equal to $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, June 30, 2011. As June 30, 2011 is an interest payment date for the Notes, interest accrued up to the purchase date will be paid to record holders as of the regular record date immediately preceding this interest payment date, and therefore the company expects that there will be no accrued and unpaid interest due as part of the purchase price. Under the terms of the Notes, the company has the option to pay the purchase price for the Notes with cash, UAL common stock, or a combination of cash and UAL common stock. The company has elected to pay for the Notes solely with cash.

The United pilots will be performing informational picketing at the final 2011 Spring CEO Exchange to be held at the IAD Airport Marriott, 45020 Aviation Drive, Dulles, VA 20166 on Wednesday, June 1, 2011.

0900 – 0915 Assemble at the IAD Airport Marriott.

1131-1155 check flightinfo and APC on smartphone telling people what a great turnout there was
1156- within three posts- someone will post the popular mesa sucks post
1157- update facebook status with you holding a picket sign
1158- first pessimistic post on both forum sites
1200-1300 try and tanker up on the free lunch
1300-1305 ask where's the free lunch
1306-1330 ***** to someone that picketing aint free- , HEY LAMA! how about something- you know, for the effort- and of course someone recognizes quote and yells "gunga ga lunga" which means on ur deathbed you will receive total consciousness----
1331- get in ur "green car" and drive to a starbucks and spend $5 on a grande latte and flirt with the subpar looking barista- or bariste- ( not that there is anything wrong with that
