I hope that most pilots have learned their lesson on SCOPE. Every pilot on UAL property (except maybe WB captains) has been negatively impacted by unlimited RJs and our current section 1-C-1-d 'restrictions' on feeder flying.

So in reality, what impact will this all have in getting a contract..delay it, move it along at current pace or speed it up.
