Which is why rumors of breaking into separate CBA negotiation tracks concerns me. I'm relying heavily on the UAL pilots to hold the line on work rules.

Read the post again...on "work rules." They lost a lot in BK, but their work rules are still good enough that UCH doesn't want them. If UCH doesn't want them then I probably do.

It would help to know exactly what LUAL lost in BK in terms of work rules, for a comparison of then and now. Could someone do a quick and dirty on the big items that were downgraded and post it for distribution?

WHY? That's like, looking at your wife after her second child and posting a request for someone that "knew" her before you married her, and asking for an assessment of her equipment. (LOL) One, it's all in the eyes of the beholder, and two, you have to work from where you are. Chances at this stage, of getting back to 2000s deals on either side, will be impossible. JMHO We need to look at what is hurting us the most and move to correct it now.

There are plenty of examples of differences between CAL and UAL rules in this thread, although it would be great if we were aiming for UAL 2000 work rules, whatever they were. I know CAL pilots are looking for a restoration of 2000 pay scales, plus inflation.

EXACTLY!!!! Which is the prime reason you DONT want your master chairman running around going behind everyones back and making back door deals! I hope most of you can see, that while you may be getting a bonus equal to the Lual guys, Pierce has done TONS of damage to the whole negotiating platform. He has given MGT the hopes, that "Oh well the UAL guys are hanging tough and wont budge, but for a few of these
the CAL guys will cave."

Myself, being a rEAL pilot had opportunity to go to CAL. Didnt go, didnt want to work with those kind of working conditions, waited until another
opportunity.

You dont get what you deserve in life, you get what you negotiate!
We are working on a JCBA!!!!!! Remember that! Fire Pierce!! He will not do you good in the long run.

LMAO, wow! Is this reference to "rEAL" supposed to infer some kind of credibility akin to wearing medals on one's chest? This glimpse into the psyche of one "rEAL" is unreal.
