Cal dudes...did you guys get a similar letter?

Boneman 06-25-2012 08:41 AM

Haven't seen anything yet, but if they issue such a letter it will be a violation of the "status quo."

Are we talking about the ccs message you get after a sick call telling you that you can use FMLA to cover your sick call?

Its new. First one I ever got here at CAL was 6 months ago. Informational only. I would discard if you just had the sniffles. Pay of no mind.

Fmla notice with sick call... Boilerplate message I would disregard

jumppilot 06-25-2012 10:13 AM

If you're talking about the FMLA message, it's happened for as long as I've been here.

Informational only. No big deal nor any conspiracy.

Probably something to keep them compliant with labor laws.

Latest is that L-UAL pilots got a message from their chief pilot telling them they had to submit a letter from their doctor for ANY sick leave usage.
