Snapshot date

Anyone else notice the Snapshot in Flt Ops Website is dated information. When I open the link it loads the 13-04 snapshot data from March 12th 2012. Not the Sept 5th 2012 Bid 13-08 data.

When did you get it? I have one open now from Sept 5th, bid 13-08 at 1155 CT.

Nimitz 09-05-2012 05:13 PM

Just tried again, still 13-04, could you cut and paste LAX CA

tmac3333 09-05-2012 05:47 PM

Let's see Philpott gone from number 1 spot, last is #2983(100%), 78 is #2887(95.1%), 73 is #2710(89%), 68 is #2607(82.9%), 63 is #2479(76.8%), 58 is #2350(70.7%), 53 is #2218(64.6%), 48 is #1963(58.5%), 43 is #1768(52.4%), 38 is #1494(46.3%), 33 is #944(40.2%), 28 is #795(34.1%), 23 is #710(28.0%), 18 is #594(22.0%), 13 is #509(15.9%), 8 is #456(9.8%), and 3 is #263(3.7%).

Not sure if that helps you.

It WAS dated 5 Sept, 1155 early this afternoon. That the link is wrong now is just business as usual here.

Just tried it again, same problem. Maybe it's a MAC issue, it's definitely a UCH IT with wings issue.

APC225 09-05-2012 06:37 PM

It's posted as a pdf on this board if you're a member.

Not a mac issue. It isn't the right one now.

Well....
that would NOT be "status quo"....

horrido27 09-05-2012 07:40 PM

When did "Fly the Contract" become illegal?
When did we start lying down and stop fighting when "Fly the Contract" became illegal?

God I want real leadership at the Top. We have been played by the company long enough.. First a merger that most didn't want.. then a delayed JCBA but extended TPA's... then an "AIP Agreement" which doesn't seem to be heading anywhere (more delay tactics)...
A Union that has asked to be released 3 times, yet nothing has happened..

I would follow my Union anywhere if they grew some balls and led. What needs to happen is (and I know it's illegal)- we have to pick a day and just say **** It. Strike.

I don't want to Strike, I don't want to play these games, but I'm tired. I'm tired of being lied to by management, and not being told the truth by my Union.

This all sucks~

When a Federal Judge ordered the UAL pilots to maintain status quo and considered "Fly the Contract" was code for slowdown.

Not that it matters now, but you didn't get kicked of the other forum for saying that. You got kicked off for repeatedly saying it after being asked to stop. See the difference?

Actually Cadet.. if you go back to my posts/threads on the "other" Forum, you'll see that I did not ALWAYS say it. I said it (wrote it) when the thread revolved around the "attitude of the Continental Pilots" with regards to the United Pilots.

How many "United Pilots" have been banned from your Forum?

Anyways..
The point being- Yes, a Federal Judge told UAL/ALPA (years ago) "Fly the Contract" is illegal. How about ALPA and the UAL/ALPA team call Bull**** and try and fight that again!
If Flying the Contract is Illegal in our Country, and my National Union or Local Union doesn't want to fight that.. I have a problem with that.

I'm not comparing the plight of the Blacks in America in the 50's/60's.. or Womens Rights..
But, they stood up for an injustice and did things that they were told were "illegal", to make a change.
Rosa Park knew what she was doing was "illegal".. but she did it anyway.

If Lee Moak were to come out tomorrow and tell every pilot group to Fly The Contract, and tell every pilot group that are in prolonged contract negotiations- plan on not going to work on Nov 6, 2012.. he might go to jail but it would bring National/Gobal attention to the problem we face.

Again, you banned me from your Forum.. so be it. If I get banned here too, so be it. I will never change my view that at some point, you have to make a Stand and fight for what is right.

Motch,

Actually, there have been a few UAL guys barred from the other forum. At any rate, I personally liked a lot of your posts and agree.

There's nothing in the temporary injunction that tells the UAL pilots anything other than to abide by the RLA. That means FLY THE CONTRACT. No illegal job actions, sick outs, whatever.

That's it. Period. The fact pilots are so scared by it is amazing. It says to fly and ENFORCE your contract and handle major/minor disputes in accordance with the provisions of the RLA.

You're spot on.

Frats,
Lee
