Default DFR Collusion Lawsuit Filed 13 Aug 2013

Ladies and Gentlemen,

After much work, we have now started the process of proving ALPA colluded with United Airlines management to violate our new contract and defraud all United Pilots in the process. When you visit the link at the bottom of this email, you’ll find the complaint that was submitted in Federal Court today. The legal strategy agreed upon to rescind Bid 14-02 means that things will be happening very quickly from this point and you will be receiving more frequent status updates as we proceed.

I’d like to thank all of you who have contributed to this process and say that we could not be proceeding if it weren’t for your help. We had an initial goal of $25,000 by yesterday and came within a few hundred dollars of that. THANK YOU! Now that we have actually started the Federal Court process, we’ve brought in an additional DC attorney who brings the necessary fire power at this stage of the process.

The truth is we have no way of really knowing what the legal bill will be, but at this point we’re certain that $30,000 will be a minimum amount that will be needed to “get the win” and do what ALPA refuses to do: stand up for our contract and support the United Pilots!

If you’ve already contributed, thank you. If you haven’t, please consider doing so.

Fraternally,

Craig T. Gullaksen

So the more money contributed the better chance you'll "win?" LMAO, what a waste of money.

Have fun throwing your money away. UAL hotheads looked like real savants in court against Glenn a few years ago.

Dude, you're stuck in the 80's no wonder you are so confused about what's happened now...you guys are wasting your money, save it for your kids or take your wife to a nice dinner.

My dad quit helping me with my school projects when I was in the fifth grade.

I understand completely what it is about. I just wouldn't have had my dad write a letter, relevant or not, just for the sake of objective clarity surrounding the issue at hand.

Something tells me you don't have the gravitas to call us brain surgeons in person.
