I'm ready to vote on the TA.

Yes, that's a good way to slow outsourcing. But right now the only thing we control is our contract and Scope! By voting im a scope section similr to Deltas we are willingly accepting outsourcing!!!!! After years of the chest thumping we have guys making excuses about allowing the company to buy 90 seat airplanes and outsource them to whomever!! That's unbelievably stupid!
What happened to "United Against Outsourcing"?
Taking it back?
More like Taking it in the backside ...again.
No Scope
No Pay
No Retro
No Vote

No Vote Here
For the "I gotta see the deal first " crowd understand that these are not rumors that have been coming out, they are leaks that have never been denied. Why to the bitter end must the actual TA be withheld if not for the sole purpose of confronting the membership with a time-compressed and massive fear based snow job courtesy of Mgmt. and their sycophants on the MECs? Unfortunately the combined MECs will likely come out with a unanimous endorsement and I guarantee the details will include elements far worse than what has been leaked already.
I'm voting NO. Absolutely no way I can countenance the pay freeze we have been on for the past 4.5 years with no retro, then be held to a 5 year agreement. This guarantees we will be sucking DAL's hind teat for eternity. Smisek is like a schoolyard bully. As a CAL guy I don't want to speak for sUAL but Smisek doesn't believe for a second that we can vote a TA down. He intends to operate UAL with a significant pilot labor cost advantage to our competition. The CAL pilots have always been willing to bow down and take it. The combined pilot group needs to stand up and metaphorically smack him with a resounding NO vote. Please, just say NO, I have been here before. We will be quickly offered a better deal if only this pilot group can display some freaking resolve. Even the CAL flight attendants have shown more sack than we have!

If the TA leaks are true then here is one more NO vote to count on. If the MEC submits this pile of hubris to the membership then they need to go as they have wasted precious time trying to tweak a fundamentally flawed contract. Don't hand me poo-poo and tell me it's a rose.
