Interview for off street hire??

Does anyone have an clue on what to expect for the new interview process?

I'm not sure they even really know, however I have heard the sim eval is gone. Im sure the only people ****ed off about that is higher power, Lol. Good luck to all those interested, probably going to be extremely competitive for a while.
