In your case, click on IAH 757 FO for February and you can see what people near your seniority are getting for trips. Another good resource to understand the trips is to go to CCS and go to Bidding>Bid Packages and pull up the Insert for whatever month you're looking at. It will tell you exactly what the aircraft codes and pairing numbers mean. Ie. in the february insert, it tells you that pairings ending in 501-599 are 757 IRO pairings. Using all this, you can get an idea of what your schedule might look like.
Go to the Cal ALPA web site, MEC Committees, Scheduling, Pairings, and there you will find all sorts of statistics showing pairing quality, commutability, etc.
