I see that CAL is worshiping at the altar of secondary markets... Meanwhile UAL is serving hubs of major carriers in the worlds largest alliance. Aren't we the fools?!?!

Sounds like you guys really didn't need the merger? Why on earth did Tilton want it so bad? I wonder with out the merger if you'd be serving burgers some where? or still serving those cities ?....Sorry as someone said in a previous post " I couldn't resist"

Also, please learn about compound words. You can ask any 3rd grader if you need help.

The way you guys cry and carry on here I thought you were 3rd graders. Looks like your lead too. Time to get a vector around your fragile ego. Enjoy !!!

That's correct.
Although there was a huge disparity in twin-aisle aircraft between the pre-merger companies, UA primarily used the jumbos for routes like ORD-DSM, SFO-RNO, and IAD-BOS. Sadly, we just didn't have any aircraft with big motors or iPhone-level long range navigation systems. Thankfully the meger happened so now we can operate nonstop back to IAD.
FWIW, here's the YouTube version of the video mentioned at the start of this thread.
