Larry,

I wasn't referring to our current contract. If you take a more historical view of our situation, the black team began accepting this type of crap a LONG time ago. We are recent converts.

Either way, many of us are spineless, and our most recent opportunity to regain some of the losses since deregulation was torpedoed from within our leadership.

It all comes down to the vote, bottom line.

Yeah....since the contract got voted in, that must mean that we are in favor of every sentence.

GMAB.

OK, what? So a contract passed in an excessively contested period of time, and all of a sudden we all agree with all aspects of the contract? Just shut up and row? Are you kidding me? How about we defend the f'ing contract and prove to them why this should be different.

IMHO, the reality is that a lot of us voted against us, and we should be looking for opportunities to improve upon this agreement. We should also be working towards unifying the pilot group, minimizing differences, and ensuring that we create a safe working environment that values time at work and time away from work. Shutting up and coloring (which is how I see your post), is not an option.

.

Why the constant "black" team "blue" team nonsense. You're criticizing the "black" team over DH, but forget about the SCOPE relief that the "blue" team gave up??!!! Wow!

BOTH pilot groups have flaws. We all need to get over the spilled milk and deal with what we have now.

Yeah - THAT helps things

I propose all MEC officers UAL/CAL do not move on to the new UAL MEC going forward so they can experience firsthand the JCBA they endorsed.

Enjoy your snack boxes Guppy drivers.
