Default Death of the 737 flight bag imminent

Cross your fingers... ship sets coming in 1-2 weeks.
Not soon enough. Maybe my rotator cuff can finally mend.

Really...Only now? I think some regionals have had shipsets for years and they are the ones who aren't supposed to be able to afford them?

What do those kits weigh people have been hauling around....I'm guessing 50 pounds?

Back in the day when I still carried a chart bag and had the full international set of books and assorted other required stuff residing in it I weighed mine on a certified digital medical scale. It is one of those used in a veterinarian hospital to weigh your animal when they come in.

58.3 lbs....

I'm guessing the average domestic bag in the 45 to 50lb range.

Should be right on time, only took our special assignment pilots 3 years to get the first trip sets going. Must be the same ones working on the ipad.

Is that why you keep the box of tissues next to your bed?

Yes, we do. Jepps are not on them, however.

Let's just say our IT dept. is not awesome.
