I used to have a girlfriend that would call me up and ask me if I wanted to come over and fly the friendly thighs. Beats workin'.

Us pilots need to be a good example to the rest of the employee group and display excellent customer service.

We need to change the United image to represent a customer friendly environment where employees care about the successful travel of each customer and every employee is approachable, including top brass.

We need this movement to happen and it will secure our jobs and good/better work rules well into the future.
