U Hires Non rev issue
 

Heads up everyone . I'm unable to list with"U" number or CAL number to non rev . Good luck, the FODM is aware of the and has had multiple calls .

This is an ongoing issue. I had the same problem.
CAL number is for business only.
U number (file) is used for pleasure travel.
Don't know what the FODM has to do with it. Call the CPO.

Also, of you have dependents you want to list, be ready to resubmit that info. Two different systems.:eek:

Last time i did a fake DH i was able to do a business listing with my u-number.

Also listed buddy pass riders with both u-number and cal number

So far no issues.. We ll see next time

They recently integrated our employee data from the two HR systems (sCAL & sUAL). As a result all of our U information was expunged. You can log in with either your U or Cal number but your board date for pass travel is now your CAL date of hire only. All of the passes we had available under our U file number are gone.

I thought I had a screen shot saved for this very scenario but I can't find it.

So you are saying the merger is going smoothly then?

My pass travel SITREP has been an abortion the whole time I have been here (7 months) but it just took a turn for the worse as well. I can now only log into my CAL number, and only list for a jumpseat, with a seniority of DEC 2013. No pass travel at all. A new hire next month will be able to bump me off the jumpseat as his DOH will be a month earlier. LOL.

I'm in the same boat. I log in to Flying together w/ my U-number. When I go to EmployeeRes, it brings up my CAL employee number. There is a huge difference in seniority. Also, all my buddy passes and vacation passes disappeared.

I am wondering why a company that manages thousands of flights a day cant seem to merge employee lists and give us all one single number that works for everything. Its only been three years!
