For those of us that don't know United lingo, does Bid 1403 stand for needed pilots by March 2014? Sooner/ later?

Yes...with some training to begin in December.

Is there any way for a L-cal pilot to see lines on l-UAL awards for Nov? When I open PBS I can only see awards for the usual CAL domiciles.
