For those of us that don't know United lingo, does Bid 1403 stand for needed pilots by March 2014? Sooner/ later?

What a joke. The only former cal equipment for bid by the sUAL side is guppy fo. Makes you wonder.

Is there any way for a L-cal pilot to see lines on l-UAL awards for Nov? When I open PBS I can only see awards for the usual CAL domiciles.
