Working Together Guidelines
 

It seems that some of our CS co-workers in DEN may be using these guidelines to justify their actions in downgrading our first class tickets to and from training at TK.

Bottom line is, if there is any discussion about downgrades, the contract and the fact that you are entitled to your fist class seat, get another flight ops witness, and or video tape it. DEN flight office has been great. These discussions have been morphing into lies and confrontation, and the guide lines used to bring HR termination or letters of council.

Ya'll be carful out there! Enforce your contract, insist on it.
