Trip ads mutual trades

Was trying to advertise one of my trips for Jan, there is no way to advertise a trip for another pilot to pick it up, and no way to do a mutual trade, did we lose this option on our new contract, or have they just not entered our pairings for Jan into the trip shopping screen?????? I can find no way to advertise my trip, no way to mutual trade and no way to pick up an advertised trip???

You can do it in the seniority based trade system. That is also where open trips are found.
