Godfather...see the UPA cut and paste in my above post. 3-H-2 says 2013 will be the same (15% pre tax profit). It changes for 2014 and beyond.

That December 31st check was supposed to be a January 2nd check per the UPA. As such the union should insist, and rightfully so, that the December 31st pilot pay be excluded from the 2013 PS calculations and included in the 2014 numbers.

That should be simple fix, despite the various IT and programming issues going on.

I smell another grievance filing. I am willing to bet that we will exceed past practice of 13 grievance per year in the first week of 2014.
