Some things never change. Back in the day on the 737 it was always Corbus, Mahan, and Briscoe in open time along with those two day MEX trips and that redeye turn to BQN.

Our youngest scab was on that list back then and continues to be today. Heard one of the pro stands guys finally put that hero's number in his contacts to save him time.

Mahan is not a scab as far as I know...but he would have been if the opportunity presented itself. What a jackwagon.

Anyone else having trouble getting CCS aggressive pickup to work? I have ended up having to call crew scheduling for the last two weeks in order to pick anything up.

Usually by the time I call its gone anyway. I have not been able to pick up since Jan 1

Are you using Trading>Real Time Trip Trades to pick up? It opens at 1100 the day prior for first come reserves and line holders pick up, although it won't process a swap. I don't think the reserve aggressive pickup tab under scheduling works anymore.

I ve had the same issues, out of 3 agg pick up since jan 1st, only one worked.
i used the reserve aggressive pickup tab last week and it worked then, never tried the real time trip trade though.

For short call assignments, are they supposed to strictly follow the FIFO list or can they bypass a guy good for only 2 days in favor of a 4 or 5 day guy further down the list?

I was reading the union email about FIFO grievance, is the 1 hrs added to guarantee for each unused/canceled SC or FSB a permanent deal or just until they fix the issue.

it sounds like the hotel is until FIFO gets fixed but the 1hr added might be permanent?? Maybe i m just reading it wrong.

have they said what the procedure is to get hotels remebursed for SC/FSB?

I tried it today and it wouldn't process any of the pickups. I then went to aggressive pickup and that didn't work either. Fortunately I was only on hold with scheduling for about ten minutes and was able to pick up what was left.

So, I'm curious, what was their answer to why the trade/pickup system did not work?

I've tried several seniority trades, and nothing has gone through, a reserve ended up with the trip. Not processed, no explanation, nothing.
