I am a reserve and just started looking at my paycheck stub dated 2/14. I noticed that it only shows "68.93" hours but isn't it suppose to show 73?

It appears you are one day of pay short. Assuming none of your days were WOP dropped. Check your pay reg and make sure they didn't give you an ANP for a missed trip as they don't call for certain assignments.
