0/3 In Accuracy or Truth

We begin nonstops from SFO, LAX and DEN this week

In addition to the routes we announced on Tuesday, we launched twice-daily nonstop service on April 1 in the following markets:

· SFO-ATL (Atlanta), Boeing 737-800
(Resumed, not launched)

· LAX-MSP (Minneapolis) 66-seat Canadair regional jets
(This is not United Airlines)

· DEN-PUB (Pueblo, Colo) 30-seat Embraer turboprop
(This is not United Airlines)

Please be honest with your employees and customers. We notice these things

Notice how when it benefits us, the company claims credit and says it is United.

When accidents or incidents happen at these feeder companies, United (and every airline) is quick to say, "That isn't United, that was XXX Express carrier. We have nothing to do with that and aren't responsible for their operation." At least that is what they try saying with a straight face in Congressional hearings. And we wonder why the public can't tell when they are flying on a mainline carrier or not.

MSP-LAX and LAX-MSP in a 70 seat RJ is a LOOOONNNNGGGG flight. Not to mention, there is only one lavatory. Last weeks second flight on this route blocked 4:38 or 4:28, something like that.

This should really be a mainline flight, along with the ORD-NAS and NAS-ORD legs. Pax were getting stuck in NAS (not that this is terrible from a pax perspective) because of weight restrictions with alternate fuel required. Sadly, UAL was running a 737 from EWR-NAS, but it comes and goes before the RJ arrives, so there is no way to get a UAL pax off the island and keep them on UAL/UAX A/C that same day.

Whoever comes up with these routes/legs needs to have their head examined.

To the company all seats are the same. If the plane has the legs to fly the route then it's in play. They could care less if it's attached to an rj or a 767. Trust me, the less YOU care, the better YOU'LL feel.

Amen brother. Fly heading 270 for traffic. You bet. No gate agent/marshallers. No prob. Max speed .76. You got it. For every single thing that might irk you -- there exists a doofus who is responsible for solving that issue. I let them. Whether or not they are successful is of no concern to me. Once I embraced this concept, the tranquility was immediate.

Wise words. I'll try that next week on my inefficient, uncommutable on both ends, 4 day trip. Lol

That's funny, since when have they been anything other than glad-handing, self-serving, back-stabbing SOBs?

KRAMER
The airport management, the F.A.A., and
the airlines, they're all cheats and
liars! All right, let's get out of here.
