Prorated HDO

Anyone know where to find the prorated HDO table.
I have vacation next month and saw they only gave me 5 HDOs. Looked in the contract, and it basically states that if not available for the whole period (I assume since I have vacation , I am not available the whole period) that 5he HDOs will be prorated according to a table kept by the company and association....
Could've sworn I had 6 HDOs the last time I had vacation.
