UAX Station Parking and usource
 

I commute from a UAX station. Checked with the station manager; authorized parking is a crew parking lot.

Price is $60 a month, or $420 a year. Coincidentally, the company max of $35 a month is $420 a year.

Question:

If I did this, I'd go for the yearly rate. But do you submit it as one big $420 bill to usource, or one a month at $35? (Explaining that you really paid a lump-sum up-front).

Anyone have experience with this?

Can do it either way...one receipt or monthly....just cannot exceed $420/yr.

Advantage to monthly is that you get it back faster...ie. monthly. Where as if receipt is annually then you have to wait a year for your money.

Not true. You can submit the full year now and get paid now.
