Min line guarantee...

What is current min line guarantee under current UPA at United? If line is awarded with value less than guarantee how is difference adjusted?

oldmako 01-18-2015 06:08 PM

Rectally. Now turn off that APU.

Very useful...thanks mako. Never expect anything more from you.

70 hours for Line Holders. You look at 3 things in your Payrec: Line Guarantee, PTC (protected time credit) and MPG (minimum pay guarantee). You get paid the highest of the 3 at the end of the month, so if your line and PTC end up below 70 hours and it wasn't because you traded down below it, you will be paid 70 hours.

Thank you.......

2nd part... Awarded line 67 hrs. If i add fuel training class (5hrs). Is that in addition to line guar (75)? Or would i effectively "loose" 3 hrs pay (67+5=72)

Forgive me for attempting to project some humorous input to this thread. I figured that you'd get your answer eventually and I also thought that, perhaps some might enjoy my attempted levity. Especially those who have toiled at Mother U for some time. I promise that I'll endeavor to post more fact based retorts to your posts in the future and loose (:D) my dyspeptic demeanor.

Fuel class is add pay. It goes on top of 70. You won't "loose" anything and old mako is funny. Take it back.

Loose lips sink ships. Or something like that.
