Per Diem Reports

I'm running out of ideas so I guess I'll ask the collective. (Resistance is futile!) ALPA PDR filed.

I've gotten the e-mails from eTripTrader and UAL describing the perdiem report method. I am LUAL, don't know if that makes a difference, and no absences.

My Jan 2014 pay register is missing from "Flying Together" pay register page on My Info. I have from 02-2014 to 02-2015. eTripTrader perdiem page is requesting Jan data, which is missing.

I have been trying to call payroll for 2 weeks asking for the missing data, the west coast region pay number. They won't answer the phone or return messages. As you know, I need the report done to finish taxes.

I've asked for advice from my LEC, and waiting on that. Ideas?

Would Jan '14 be for December '13 work? If so we didn't use CCS on the L-UA side in December '13. I have used crew companion for many years and it pulled all my data with no issues. I think Tom from CC said in an email update there was a glitch for L-UA pilots that had not been long term users of the system.

You might try contacting CC help and see if they can get the data.

I recently called the PSC regarding this, and they emailed me all I needed from 2004 thru Dec 2013. [email protected]

Yes, I understand the Dec 13 issue. No this is not that, related, possibly. Jan is missing, and Tom from CC confirmed the problem. UA's problem. They have no way to get the data if it's missing from UAL's side.

Tried the pilot service center pay desk and they specifically said they could not help, call payroll. Runaround anyone?

My first call to the PSC got me a guy who emailed my stuff within an hour. This was on the signature portion of the email. Maybe just ask to speak to Armando Alejandria.

Armando Alejandria

Thanks, worth a shot. I'll give it a try.

Sir: You seem to have me confused with a regular person who might actually pay for something that I could get for free!! I am a PILOT!!! I do not pay for things I can get for free, no matter how much time I have to devote to it, or frustration!! ;)

Darn it, what is our profession coming to? We need to mentor these young studs better than this. Whatever happened to the Capt Getting laid, and 2 crew meals while the Flt Engineer has the bowel movement? , or did I get that mixed up.....oh, who cares?

Sir, at the highest CA pay rate $45 is equal to 10 minutes of work and at the highest FO pay rate $45 is equal to 15 minutes of work. But your point is salient. Pilots will spend many $$$ hours of their time to not spend a single ¢ from their pocket. As to the rest, we should never sell short bowel movements.
