What kind of questions does it ask? Any advice or tips?

Don't overthink it.
Take it while having a clear mind (Read: rested).
That's it.

You can't study for it. Just clear your head and answer, click, repeat. If it takes you more than a few seconds per question, you're over thinking it.

Be consistent! Same question 5 different ways...answer the same way everytime.

....it is ok to hate cats, just make sure it is everyday....and not just on Mon, Wed,Fri...

Not sure I agree with the "be consistent" gouge which is oft-touted.
It may be the same question 5 ways but we all fall on a spectrum. IE: "people sometimes make me angry" vs "people always make me angry." First is T second Is F. There were many examples like this on the test.
I answered honestly recognizing some things are only sometimes true.
FWIW, I passed.

I agree with this. Some of the questions were asked in a way that made it an absolute or extreme with words such as always. While others were made to be more normal with words like like sometimes. I believe the test is looking for people that fall towards the center of the aggressiveness and risk taking spectrum.

Here's the deal; it never said which school. I assumed high school and undergrad. I did the absolute minimum (not a good student) and still passed pretty easily with B's and C's....and some D's (fairly easy to pass). Evidently, this didn't hit me as inconsistent.

I did really well in flight school and grad school, but for some reason that experience didn't seem like what they were after.

The questions were kind of weird. Just answer with the first thing that pops in your head. Don't try to reconcile them as you go.

I took it last week and passed it. Read the question and pay attention to words like always, never, usually, sometimes (etc). Don't overthink it. Just answer honestly and you will achieve consistent results. I recommend taking both sections back to back. It shouldn't take you very long, but you get in a groove and answer consistently.

Agreed with some of the sentiments above. We've got some great gouges and reading material we give our clients for the Hogan and it's worked great.

Still amazing they can TBNT a candidate without actually meeting the individual, but it is what it is.
