BI class expense reimbursement

'Thankful for the expenses that are covered...but wondering if parking expense is covered until parking passes are distributed?

If ever in doubt, expense it with a copy of your schedule and explanation of what it's for (ie. Parking during BI). The worst they can do is deny it. If you feel you are still entitled to the reimbursement, PDR it with the union and get their response. You can always fight it if you are entitled to it.
