Your fences

Hey guys. The SLI fun has started at AA. The topic of fences is being debated. How do you guys feel about you SLI fences? Advice?

Thanks

Don't do it. The sooner everything that divides the pilot groups post SLI goes away, the better.

Don't worry about it. You will learn there is really nothing you can do about it anyway. It will all be decided in another universe.

I've got to agree with Ron. If you can avoid them do it. There will be enough *****ing post SLI. Fences just drag it out.

Its best to get SLI done without fences and have everyone get to where they want to be. We are dealing with all kinds of displacements and pain from the false seniority economy that was built post-merger.

Fencing the 400 was the only dumb move the UAL side did during SLI. At the time that was my opinion as a CAL guy and also shared by numerous friends from the UAL side. That said AA/US has to figure the 787/350 issue. Good luck.

You mean AA/US and AW.

Fences are for livestock they have no place in an SLI negotiation. They serve no purpose other than division and angst.
